Founded as DP Enterprises in 1970 as a computer sales, leasing and maintenance company.

PC Systems and Network Integration division started in 1984.

PC Systems and Network Integration division was acquired by Kent McLeod in 1992. Today dpe Systems, Inc. is one of the leading Networking Infrastructure Service providers in the Puget Sound Region.
