How to place a Service Call
To reach a Systems Engineer for telephone support, please call one of the following numbers. When calling outside of normal business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm Pacific Time) a message left for service will page the on-call engineer.

Our dispatch operator will ask a few preliminary questions about the nature of your service request, such as model type and symptoms of the problem. If not immediately available, an engineer will call you back and assist in resolving the problem. Please indicate to our dispatcher if this is a critical (server down) situation.
*We recommend always logging your support call first with our Dispatch/Receptionist so that your service request can be entered into our system for tracking purposes. This will ensure you the fastest available response. Leaving a voice message for one particular engineer may cause delays if that engineer is not in the office.
Once a service incident is logged, escalation may occur through our Field Operations Manager.
